Very nice vacation (hotel)! But would not book with FTI. We arrived at 23.45 booked in Antalya was departing in the morning. On arrival at night was then drawn through the guide on the bus nor a sales event with trips! Were then in the hotel at 2.30!
Return flight was scheduled for Sunday afternoon! Should then be picked up from Saturday to Sunday night at 2:00 at the hotel! We were picked up by ca.3.15! The other guests had to collect only chaotic in some places were no guests there, some guests would be allowed to go with it but then they were but the phone was taken away, etc.! Simply chaotic. Due to the shift of the flight times we have been cheated by almost 2 days!

We spent 12j family and were very disappointed with the reception. Arrived at 17h sous1
scorching heat, no welcome drink, we were not even offered a drink while at the reception are distributors. Obviously, we are French and understand very little German so we could see on their heads that we were not welcome. Then we were "balanced" in our room with our suitcases without a word, the butler remained until he gets a tip because there, it takes a hand in the wallet all the time if you want to get anything. We had to explore the hotel to find out where the dining room and all that is useful. We had to scramble to figure out how the progress of the meal (table attributed etc ...)
No evidence in French, this hotel is really reserved for German, I strongly discourages people who have no notion of German as your stay will turn to hell ...
The all inclusive is false, ice fee, some drinks too.
If you want a sunbed by the pool, it will get up at 6 o'clock, thank you for the holidays!
The servers are not friendly, not smiling and do not hesitate to reprimand your child if he took three straws instead of a! In short, there, the customer is not king.

I would not want to denigrate this hotel apart from all this is still class, the pool is great and the beach nice and clean.
In fact, the problem is that it is reserved for a German customer. Even in the city, merchants are very aggressive, they pull you by the arm in their shop.
We do not return there, that's for sure and it is unfortunate that we have the staff to give an image of Turkey as degraded.
